Return Policy

1. General Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your ADAMTEST purchase and we will do our best to help with customer satisfaction. 

2. Change of Mind Order Cancellations

If you change your mind and choose to cancel your order before it ships, a $220 inc. GST processing fee will apply.

3. Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

4. Consumer Guarantees (Faulty Goods)

All relevant Australian Consumer Law (ACL) applies.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at team@adamtest.au with your order number and description of the issue. 

6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 2-5 business days of receiving the returned item.

You can contact our Customer Service Department at 1800 677 623 to help walk you through the return process. We’ll send you a return authorisation (RMA) number. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
